SUPERFOOD LATTES AND ICED LATTES

Superfood lattes first burst onto the scene in 2016, when health food cafés started offering ‘Turmeric Lattes’. The Turmeric Latte was soon followed by Matcha and Beetroot Lattes. These visually appealing drinks became an internet sensation, with Instagram and Facebook shares increasing awareness of and demand for wellness lattes.

But these drinks offer so much more than just colour. The key ingredient, which gives each drink its distinctive colour, is a powerful anti-inflammatory and in many cases, the other ingredients build on or support those health benefits.

Our Superfood Elixir concentrates are gluten-free, dairy-free and (with the exception of Matcha) caffeine-free. They can be served both hot and cold throughout the day, right up until bedtime. 

Made from a liquid base, there is no powder, no grit and no sediment, and making delicious, high-margin drinks in your cafe has never been easier. Just combine 15ml of the Elixir with 200ml of milk or plant milk in a jug and steam together, or mix with ice.
